My School Christmas Party

I had a school Christmas party a few days ago.  And we needed to make presents for someone else.  I made one for one of my friends, Abby.  My sister made one for Hannah, my other friend.  Hannah made one for me.  It was a handkerchief embroidered with an "M" and a little flower.  And this is what I made for Abby.  I made a coupon book with some American money since I didn't know where any of my African money was and I had a stuffed animal, too, for her.

Here's what we did at the party.  We exchanged gifts for each other and we played a few games.  And here's one of the games we played.  We did a snowball fight with snowballs made of cotton balls stuffed into pantyhose.  It was boys against girls.  And of course there were four boys and four girls.  So it was even.  And that's the end.

Hey Michal! I liked reading about your Christmas party. Thank you for writing about it! The coupon book you made for your friend Abby reminded me of the coupon book you made for me and gave to me that night at Little Italy (the night that you and Maddie gave crazy hair styles to Mary Ellen and me!). :) I keep the coupon book that you made me on my desk so that I can see it every day. It always makes me think of you and smile. :)

I just have one question about your blog post... Did the girls win the snowball fight???

I love you, Michal! Keep writing about what you are doing!

Love, Claire

Dearest Michal I wanted to write you a note and try out my new laptop. I'm not much of computer person but I know I will love blogging with you and Maddie and your Mom. Aunt Julie came home from the hospital yesterday and last night we went to Mi Lupita and I thought of how you loved white cheese. I really need someone to cuddle with, it is so cold here We have 8" of snow on the ground. I finally saw your cousin Rya and she is so beautiful. Paula and Erica came to the hospital to see Julie and brought little Rya. I want to get her a baby doll like your Baby Corolle.
Do you still have that baby doll. I found her for you when you were a little baby. I love all of you so very much. Everyone hug each other for me. Blog me back. Love Grandmommy
